The breakfast was beneath any reasonable standard, what a disappointment! the jacuzzi felt filthy and uninviting, truly unacceptable. I expected a complimentary gesture for such inconvenience, as one would for a distinguished guest. This hotel has so much potential but woudl ve been better off giving me a sense of value. you almost had a great review, but I just couldn’t!

Had an awesome time with friends! The staff made us feel like family, fulfilling our every request with a smile. We enjoyed the private pool and the breathtaking breakfast view. Nearby, we explored the Red Beach and the archaeological site, immersing ourselves in local flavors and the stunning scenery.

The stay was truly remarkable with breathtaking views of the caldera from our spacious Junior Suite Private Pool, making every sunset a magical experience. The friendly and efficient staff, particularly the bartender, provided excellent service and crafted delicious cocktails that enhanced our relaxation by the pool. Breakfast was delightfully served on our terrace, adding a special touch to our mornings. it would be great if the hotel offered a wider variety of dining options on-site.

the water pressure was weak in the shower (a bit disappointing)! but the views from our room were breathtaking! the staff were so friendly and helpful! we loved the delicious breakfast brought to our terrace!
